Privacy Policy

Practically Learn is operated by Clickstack Marketing Private Limited ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect: your name, mobile number, email, the courses you buy, your lesson progress and the work you submit for review.

Why: to log you in, run your courses, review your tasks, issue certificates, process payments and send you course updates. We do not sell your data.

Who processes it for us: Supabase (database and login), Razorpay (payments), our video host, and an AI provider that gives first-pass feedback on submitted tasks. Each receives only what it needs.

Your portfolio is private unless you choose to make it public. Submitted files are private and opened by mentors through short-lived links.

Retention: we keep your account while it is active and for up to 3 years after your last activity, or longer where tax law requires (payment records).

Your rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023: you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, by writing to support@clickstack.in. Our grievance officer can be reached at the same address and will respond within 30 days.
