Bhagavad Gita,
one shloka a day, lived

Five minutes each morning: read and chant a shloka, understand it in simple words, and take one small sankalpa into your day. In the evening, reflect on how it went. Day by day, the Gita moves from your screen into your life.

sarvasya cāhaṃ hṛdi sanniviṣṭo mattaḥ smṛtirjñānamapohanaṃ cavedaiśca sarvairahameva vedyo vedāntakṛdvedavideva cāham

I dwell in the hearts of all. From me come memory, knowledge and also their loss. I am what all the Vedas seek to know; I am the source of Vedanta and the knower of the Vedas.
