Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of Practically Learn, operated by Clickstack Marketing Private Limited. By creating an account you agree to them.

Your account: one account per person. Keep your login private; course access is personal and may not be shared or resold.

Course content: videos, notes, tasks and rubrics are our (or our partner Hashtag Digital Marketing Academy's) property and are licensed to you for personal learning only. Do not copy, record or redistribute them.

Your work: you keep ownership of what you submit. You allow us to store and review it, and to show it on your public portfolio only if you switch that on.

Practical tasks in live tools: some tasks ask you to use real ad accounts, websites or software. Any ad spend, subscriptions or third-party costs are your responsibility, and you must follow those platforms' rules.

Certificates are issued when your capstone task is approved by a mentor. They show course completion and are not a government-recognised qualification.

We may suspend accounts that share access, submit others' work or abuse mentors or other learners.

These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts in Odisha have jurisdiction.
