Bhagavad Gita, Chapter 1, Verse 37

Arjuna said

तस्मान्नार्हा वयं हन्तुं धार्तराष्ट्रान्स्वबान्धवान्।स्वजनं हि कथं हत्वा सुखिनः स्याम माधव ॥1.37॥

tasmānnārhā vayaṃ hantuṃ dhārtarāṣṭrānsvabāndhavānsvajanaṃ hi kathaṃ hatvā sukhinaḥ syāma mādhava

Meaning

“So we should not kill Dhritarashtra’s sons, our own relatives. Madhava, how could we ever be happy after killing our own people?”

हिंदी में अर्थ

“इसलिए हमें अपने ही बंधु, धृतराष्ट्र के पुत्रों को नहीं मारना चाहिए। हे माधव, अपने ही लोगों को मारकर हम कैसे सुखी रह सकते हैं?”
