Bhagavad Gita, Chapter 10, Verse 20

Krishna said

अहमात्मा गुडाकेश सर्वभूताशयस्थितः।अहमादिश्च मध्यं च भूतानामन्त एव च ॥10.20॥

ahamātmā guḍākeśa sarvabhūtāśayasthitaḥahamādiśca madhyaṃ ca bhūtānāmanta eva ca

Meaning

Gudakesha (Arjuna, conqueror of sleep), I am the Self living in the heart of every being. I am the beginning, the middle and the end of all beings.

हिंदी में अर्थ

हे गुडाकेश (नींद को जीतने वाले अर्जुन), मैं सब प्राणियों के हृदय में रहने वाला आत्मा हूँ। मैं ही सब प्राणियों का आदि, मध्य और अंत हूँ।

With each person you meet today, silently remember that the same Self lives in them, and let that soften how you speak.
