Meaning
Krishna says: So stand up and win glory. Defeat your enemies and enjoy a flourishing kingdom. I have already struck them down; you, the skilled archer who shoots with either hand, be only my instrument.
Before your main task today, say quietly, 'I am an instrument; let me do my part well.' Then give it full effort without claiming the result as yours alone.
Did working as an instrument today change your effort or your stress? What felt different?
