Meaning
Krishna says: it is undivided, yet seems divided among beings. Know it as the one that sustains all beings, and also the one that absorbs and brings them forth.
Practise it today
When you feel 'us versus them' today, at work, online or in traffic, pause and remind yourself that the divisions are on the surface only.
Reflect tonight
Where did you feel divided from others today, and did this reminder soften it?
