Bhagavad Gita, Chapter 15, Verse 12

Krishna said

यदादित्यगतं तेजो जगद्भासयतेऽखिलम्।यच्चन्द्रमसि यच्चाग्नौ तत्तेजो विद्धि मामकम् ॥15.12॥

yadādityagataṃ tejo jagadbhāsayate'khilamyaccandramasi yaccāgnau tattejo viddhi māmakam

Meaning

Krishna says: the light in the sun that lights up the whole world, the light in the moon and the light in fire, know that light to be mine.

हिंदी में अर्थ

कृष्ण कहते हैं: सूर्य का जो तेज पूरे संसार को रोशन करता है, और जो तेज चंद्रमा और अग्नि में है, उस तेज को मेरा ही जानो।
