Bhagavad Gita, Chapter 16, Verse 19

Krishna said

तानहं द्विषतः क्रूरान्संसारेषु नराधमान्।क्षिपाम्यजस्रमशुभानासुरीष्वेव योनिषु ॥16.19॥

tānahaṃ dviṣataḥ krūrānsaṃsāreṣu narādhamānkṣipāmyajasramaśubhānāsurīṣveva yoniṣu

Meaning

Krishna says that those who are hateful and cruel, the lowest of people and given to harm, he casts again and again into demonic births within the cycle of worldly life.

श्रीकृष्ण कहते हैं कि जो लोग द्वेष रखते हैं, क्रूर हैं, मनुष्यों में सबसे नीचे गिरे हुए हैं और बुरे काम करते हैं, उन्हें मैं संसार के चक्र में बार-बार आसुरी योनियों में डालता हूँ।
