Krishna said

dehī nityamavadhyo'yaṃ dehe sarvasya bhāratatasmātsarvāṇi bhūtāni na tvaṃ śocitumarhasi

Meaning

Krishna concludes this point: the self that dwells in every body can never be killed, Arjuna. Therefore you should not grieve for any being.

Practise it today

When someone irritates you today, silently remember that the same self lives in them as in you, and let your tone soften.

Reflect tonight

Did seeing the same self in a difficult person change how you spoke today?
