Krishna said

eṣā te'bhihitā sāṃkhye buddhiryoge tvimāṃ śrṛṇubuddhyāyukto yayā pārtha karmabandhaṃ prahāsyasi

Meaning

Krishna says: so far I have given you this understanding through Sankhya (knowledge of the self). Now hear it through yoga (the discipline of action). Joined with this understanding, you will break free from the bondage of karma.

Practise it today

Take one idea you already understand, like patience, and put it into one deliberate action today. Knowing becomes real only when practised.

Reflect tonight
