Meaning
Krishna says: action driven by desire is far inferior to action guided by balanced understanding, Arjuna. Take refuge in that understanding. Those who work only for the reward are to be pitied.
Practise it today
Before starting your main work today, spend one minute asking "why is this worth doing?" and let that reason, not the reward, drive you.
Reflect tonight
Was your work today driven more by its meaning or by what you hoped to get?
