Bhagavad Gita, Chapter 3, Verse 4

Krishna said

न कर्मणामनारम्भान्नैष्कर्म्यं पुरुषोऽश्नुते।न च संन्यसनादेव सिद्धिं समधिगच्छति ॥3.4॥

na karmaṇāmanārambhānnaiṣkarmyaṃ puruṣo'śnutena ca saṃnyasanādeva siddhiṃ samadhigacchati

Meaning

A person does not become free from the bondage of action simply by not starting any work. Nor does anyone reach perfection merely by giving things up.

केवल काम शुरू न करने से कोई कर्म के बंधन से मुक्त नहीं होता। और सिर्फ़ चीज़ें छोड़ देने से भी किसी को पूर्णता नहीं मिलती।
