Bhagavad Gita, Chapter 4, Verse 18

Krishna said

कर्मण्यकर्म यः पश्येदकर्मणि च कर्म यः।स बुद्धिमान् मनुष्येषु स युक्तः कृत्स्नकर्मकृत् ॥4.18॥

karmaṇyakarma yaḥ paśyedakarmaṇi ca karma yaḥsa buddhimān manuṣyeṣu sa yuktaḥ kṛtsnakarmakṛt

Meaning

Whoever sees inaction in action and action in inaction is truly wise among people. Such a person is steady in yoga, even while doing all kinds of work.

हिंदी में अर्थ

जो कर्म में अकर्म देखता है और अकर्म में कर्म देखता है, वही मनुष्यों में सच्चा बुद्धिमान है। वह सारे काम करते हुए भी योग में स्थिर रहता है।

During one busy task today, keep a calm inner stillness; and when you choose to rest, notice that rest is also a deliberate act.
