Bhagavad Gita, Chapter 4, Verse 31
4.31॥yajñaśiṣṭāmṛtabhujo yānti brahma sanātanamnāyaṃ loko'styayajñasya kuto़'nyaḥ kurusattama
Meaning
Those who eat what remains after sacrifice, as if it were nectar, reach the eternal Brahman. Even this world is not for one who offers nothing, so how could any other world be?
Practise it today
Before you take something for yourself today, give first: serve others at the table, or finish a task for someone before your own.
Reflect tonight
Where did you give first today, and did what you received afterwards feel different?
