Bhagavad Gita, Chapter 4, Verse 5

Krishna said

बहूनि मे व्यतीतानि जन्मानि तव चार्जुन।तान्यहं वेद सर्वाणि न त्वं वेत्थ परन्तप ॥4.5॥

bahūni me vyatītāni janmāni tava cārjunatānyahaṃ veda sarvāṇi na tvaṃ vettha parantapa

Meaning

Krishna replies that both he and Arjuna have passed through many births. Krishna remembers all of them, but Arjuna does not.

श्रीकृष्ण उत्तर देते हैं कि मेरे और तुम्हारे, दोनों के बहुत से जन्म बीत चुके हैं। मैं उन सबको जानता हूँ, पर तुम उन्हें नहीं जानते।
