Krishna said

ye hi saṃsparśajā bhogā duḥkhayonaya eva teādyantavantaḥ kaunteya na teṣu ramate budhaḥ

Meaning

Krishna tells Arjuna: pleasures born from contact of the senses with objects are in fact sources of sorrow. They have a beginning and an end, so the wise do not find delight in them.

Practise it today

Before one impulse treat today, like snacks, shopping or scrolling, ask, "How will I feel thirty minutes after this?" Then choose.

Reflect tonight

Which impulse did you question today? What did you notice about how that pleasure ends?
