Krishna said

Meaning

Krishna says: know that person to be a true renunciate at all times who neither hates nor craves. Free from the pull of opposites such as like and dislike, such a person is easily set free from bondage.

Practise it today

Notice one moment today when you strongly dislike or strongly want something. Pause for three breaths and let the push of that feeling settle before you act.

Reflect tonight

When did you catch a strong craving or dislike today? What changed when you paused before reacting?
