Meaning
Krishna says: the one steady in yoga, who knows the truth, thinks "I am not really the doer of anything," even while seeing, hearing, touching, smelling, eating, walking, sleeping and breathing.
During one ordinary activity today, like walking or eating, simply watch it happen: the steps, the taste, the breath, without commentary.
What did you notice when you only watched an everyday action? Did the 'I' feel smaller?
