Meaning

A person is said to have reached yoga when they are no longer attached to the objects of the senses or to their actions, and have let go of all self-driven wanting and planning.

Practise it today

Choose one small craving today, like a snack, a scroll or a purchase. When it arises, pause for one minute, watch it rise and fade, then decide calmly.

Reflect tonight

When you paused before a craving today, did it lose some of its pull? What did you decide?
