Bhagavad Gita, Chapter 9, Verse 19

Krishna said

tapāmyahamahaṃ varṣaṃ nigṛhṇāmyutsṛjāmi caamṛtaṃ caiva mṛtyuśca sadasaccāhamarjuna

Meaning

Krishna tells Arjuna that he gives heat, holds back the rain and sends it down. He is both immortality and death, both what is and what is not.

Practise it today

When something you dislike happens today, like heat, rain or a delay, pause and accept it as part of the same whole before you respond.

Reflect tonight

What unwelcome thing did you accept today before reacting? Did your response change because of it?
