Bhagavad Gita, Chapter 9, Verse 23

Krishna said

येऽप्यन्यदेवता भक्ता यजन्ते श्रद्धयाऽन्विताः।तेऽपि मामेव कौन्तेय यजन्त्यविधिपूर्वकम् ॥9.23॥

ye'pyanyadevatā bhaktā yajante śraddhayā'nvitāḥte'pi māmeva kaunteya yajantyavidhipūrvakam

Meaning

Krishna tells Arjuna that even those who worship other gods with faith are in truth worshipping him alone, though not in the way that leads directly to him.

हे कौन्तेय, जो लोग श्रद्धा के साथ दूसरे देवताओं की पूजा करते हैं, वे भी वास्तव में मेरी ही पूजा करते हैं, पर सही विधि को समझे बिना।

When you see someone pray or worship differently from you today, silently respect their sincerity instead of judging their way.
