Bhagavad Gita, Chapter 9, Verse 30

Krishna said

अपि चेत्सुदुराचारो भजते मामनन्यभाक्।साधुरेव स मन्तव्यः सम्यग्व्यवसितो हि सः ॥9.30॥

api cetsudurācāro bhajate māmananyabhāksādhureva sa mantavyaḥ samyagvyavasito hi saḥ

Meaning

Krishna says that even if a person of very wrong conduct worships him with undivided devotion, that person should be regarded as good, because they have made the right resolve.

हिंदी में अर्थ

कृष्ण कहते हैं कि अगर बहुत बुरे आचरण वाला व्यक्ति भी पूरी एकनिष्ठ भक्ति से मेरी भक्ति करता है, तो उसे साधु ही मानना चाहिए, क्योंकि उसने सही निश्चय कर लिया है।

Think of someone, perhaps yourself, judged by a past mistake who is now trying to change. Say one sentence today that encourages their new direction.

Whose new direction did you encourage today? Could you see them for their resolve, not their past?
