Bhagavad Gita, Chapter 9, Verse 4

Krishna said

मया ततमिदं सर्वं जगदव्यक्तमूर्तिना।मत्स्थानि सर्वभूतानि न चाहं तेष्ववस्थितः ॥9.4॥

mayā tatamidaṃ sarvaṃ jagadavyaktamūrtināmatsthāni sarvabhūtāni na cāhaṃ teṣvavasthitaḥ

Meaning

Krishna says that in his unseen form he pervades this entire universe. All beings rest in him, but he does not rest in them, as if depending on them.

हिंदी में अर्थ

कृष्ण कहते हैं कि मेरे अदृश्य रूप से यह पूरा जगत व्याप्त है। सभी प्राणी मुझमें स्थित हैं, पर मैं उन पर टिका हुआ नहीं हूँ।

Pause three times today, wherever you are, and remind yourself that the same quiet presence runs through everything around you, including the people you find difficult.
