Bhagavad Gita, Chapter 9, Verse 8

Krishna said

प्रकृतिं स्वामवष्टभ्य विसृजामि पुनः पुनः।भूतग्राममिमं कृत्स्नमवशं प्रकृतेर्वशात् ॥9.8॥

prakṛtiṃ svāmavaṣṭabhya visṛjāmi punaḥ punaḥbhūtagrāmamimaṃ kṛtsnamavaśaṃ prakṛtervaśāt

Meaning

Krishna says that, resting on his own nature, he sends forth this whole multitude of beings again and again. They are carried along by the force of that nature, not by their own control.

हिंदी में अर्थ

कृष्ण कहते हैं कि अपनी प्रकृति का सहारा लेकर मैं इस पूरे प्राणी-समूह को बार-बार रचता हूँ। ये सब प्रकृति के वश में होकर चलते हैं, अपने बस में नहीं।
