अहो बत महत्पापं कर्तुं व्यवसिता वयम्।यद्राज्यसुखलोभेन हन्तुं स्वजनमुद्यताः ॥1.45॥aho bata mahatpāpaṃ kartuṃ vyavasitā vayamyadrājyasukhalobhena hantuṃ svajanamudyatāḥ
Meaning
“Alas, how sad that we have resolved to commit a great sin, ready to kill our own people out of greed for the pleasures of a kingdom.”
हिंदी में अर्थ
“हाय, कितने दुख की बात है कि राज्य और सुख के लालच में हम अपने ही लोगों को मारने को तैयार होकर बड़ा पाप करने चले हैं।”
