Meaning

Partha (Arjuna), know me as Brihaspati, the chief of priests. Among army commanders I am Skanda; among bodies of water, I am the ocean.

Practise it today

Before a difficult conversation today, take one slow breath and picture the deep ocean; speak from that depth, not from surface waves of irritation.

Reflect tonight

Did you stay deep and calm in a hard conversation today? What helped or got in the way?
