प्रकृतिं पुरुषं चैव क्षेत्रं क्षेत्रज्ञमेव च।एतद्वेदितुमिच्छामि ज्ञानं ज्ञेयं च केशव ॥13.1॥prakṛtiṃ puruṣaṃ caiva kṣetraṃ kṣetrajñameva caetadveditumicchāmi jñānaṃ jñeyaṃ ca keśava
Meaning
Arjuna says to Krishna: I want to understand prakriti (material nature) and purusha (the conscious self), the field and the knower of the field, and also what true knowledge is and what is worth knowing.

अर्जुन कृष्ण से कहते हैं: हे केशव, मैं प्रकृति और पुरुष को, क्षेत्र (शरीर रूपी खेत) और क्षेत्रज्ञ (उसे जानने वाले) को, और यह भी जानना चाहता हूँ कि सच्चा ज्ञान क्या है और जानने योग्य क्या है।
