Bhagavad Gita, Chapter 13, Verse 2

Krishna said

इदं शरीरं कौन्तेय क्षेत्रमित्यभिधीयते।एतद्यो वेत्ति तं प्राहुः क्षेत्रज्ञ इति तद्विदः ॥13.2॥

idaṃ śarīraṃ kaunteya kṣetramityabhidhīyateetadyo vetti taṃ prāhuḥ kṣetrajña iti tadvidaḥ

Meaning

Krishna tells Arjuna: this body is called the field. The one who knows this body, who is aware of it, is called the knower of the field by those who understand these matters.

हिंदी में अर्थ

श्रीकृष्ण कहते हैं: हे कुन्तीपुत्र, यह शरीर 'क्षेत्र' कहलाता है। और जो इस शरीर को जानता है, उसे ज्ञानी लोग 'क्षेत्रज्ञ' यानी क्षेत्र को जानने वाला कहते हैं।

Practise it today

Pause three times today and notice: 'My body is tired, hungry or tense, and I am the one noticing it.' Just observe, without judging.
