Bhagavad Gita, Chapter 17, Verse 26

Krishna said

सद्भावे साधुभावे च सदित्येतत्प्रयुज्यते।प्रशस्ते कर्मणि तथा सच्छब्दः पार्थ युज्यते ॥17.26॥

sadbhāve sādhubhāve ca sadityetatprayujyatepraśaste karmaṇi tathā sacchabdaḥ pārtha yujyate

Meaning

The word 'Sat' is used to mean reality and goodness. Arjuna, it is also used for any praiseworthy action.

हे पार्थ, 'सत्' शब्द सच्चाई और अच्छाई के अर्थ में इस्तेमाल होता है। किसी भी प्रशंसनीय काम के लिए भी 'सत्' शब्द का प्रयोग होता है।
