स्वे स्वे कर्मण्यभिरतः संसिद्धिं लभते नरः।स्वकर्मनिरतः सिद्धिं यथा विन्दति तच्छृणु ॥18.45॥sve sve karmaṇyabhirataḥ saṃsiddhiṃ labhate naraḥsvakarmanirataḥ siddhiṃ yathā vindati tacchṛṇu
Meaning
Each person who is devoted to their own work attains fulfilment. Hear now how one devoted to one's own duty reaches that perfection.

अपने-अपने कर्म में लगा हुआ हर व्यक्ति सिद्धि (पूर्णता) पाता है। अब सुनो कि अपने कर्तव्य में लगा व्यक्ति वह सिद्धि कैसे पाता है।
