Bhagavad Gita, Chapter 3, Verse 16

Krishna said

एवं प्रवर्तितं चक्रं नानुवर्तयतीह यः।अघायुरिन्द्रियारामो मोघं पार्थ स जीवति ॥3.16॥

evaṃ pravartitaṃ cakraṃ nānuvartayatīha yaḥaghāyurindriyārāmo moghaṃ pārtha sa jīvati

Meaning

Partha, whoever does not keep turning this wheel that has been set in motion, living carelessly and only for the pleasure of the senses, lives in vain.

हिंदी में अर्थ

हे पार्थ, जो व्यक्ति इस चलते हुए चक्र में अपना योगदान नहीं देता और केवल इंद्रियों के सुख में डूबकर दोषपूर्ण जीवन जीता है, उसका जीना व्यर्थ है।
