Bhagavad Gita, Chapter 3, Verse 26

Krishna said

na buddhibhedaṃ janayedajñānāṃ karmasaṅgināmjoṣayetsarvakarmāṇi vidvān yuktaḥ samācaran

Meaning

A wise person should not unsettle the minds of those who are attached to their work. Instead, working steadily themselves, they should inspire others to do their work willingly.

Practise it today

When someone shares their effort or plan today, resist pointing out flaws first. Encourage what is good, and lead by doing your own part well.

Reflect tonight

Did you encourage someone today instead of correcting them first? How did they respond?
