Bhagavad Gita, Chapter 3, Verse 27

Krishna said

प्रकृतेः क्रियमाणानि गुणैः कर्माणि सर्वशः।अहङ्कारविमूढात्मा कर्ताऽहमिति मन्यते ॥3.27॥

prakṛteḥ kriyamāṇāni guṇaiḥ karmāṇi sarvaśaḥahaṅkāravimūḍhātmā kartā'hamiti manyate

Meaning

All actions are actually carried out by the gunas (qualities) of nature. But a person confused by ego thinks, "I alone am the doer."

हिंदी में अर्थ

सारे कर्म वास्तव में प्रकृति के गुणों द्वारा होते हैं। पर अहंकार से भ्रमित व्यक्ति सोचता है, "करने वाला केवल मैं हूँ।"
