Meaning
When the well-disciplined mind rests in the Self alone, free from longing for any object of desire, then a person is said to be established in yoga.
Practise it today
Spend one hour today without seeking anything to fill time: no snacking, scrolling or shopping. Just do what is in front of you and notice the urge to reach for more.
Reflect tonight
During that hour, what did you most want to reach for? Did the urge pass on its own?
