In that state, the mind, held still by the practice of yoga, comes to rest. There, seeing the Self through the self, one finds contentment within.

Practise it today

After your quiet sitting today, stay still for one extra minute and notice any simple contentment that does not depend on anything outside you.

Reflect tonight

Did you feel even a moment of contentment that needed nothing outside? What was it like?
