Bhagavad Gita, Chapter 6, Verse 26
6.26॥yato yato niścarati manaścañcalamasthiramtatastato niyamyaitadātmanyeva vaśaṃ nayet
Meaning
Wherever the restless, unsteady mind wanders off, from there one should bring it back and place it under control in the Self alone.
Practise it today
While studying or working today, keep a slip of paper nearby. Each time your mind drifts, make a small tick and gently return to the page.
Reflect tonight
How many ticks did you make today? Were you kinder to yourself about wandering by the end?
