Bhagavad Gita, Chapter 6, Verse 29

Krishna said

सर्वभूतस्थमात्मानं सर्वभूतानि चात्मनि।ईक्षते योगयुक्तात्मा सर्वत्र समदर्शनः ॥6.29॥

sarvabhūtasthamātmānaṃ sarvabhūtāni cātmaniīkṣate yogayuktātmā sarvatra samadarśanaḥ

Meaning

One whose mind is joined in yoga sees the Self present in all beings and all beings in the Self, seeing the same everywhere.

हिंदी में अर्थ

जिसका मन योग में जुड़ा है, वह आत्मा को सभी प्राणियों में और सभी प्राणियों को आत्मा में देखता है। वह हर जगह एक समान देखता है।

Practise it today

With each person you meet today, from family to a shopkeeper, silently remind yourself: "The same life is in them as in me." Let that shape your tone.
