Bhagavad Gita, Chapter 7, Verse 14

Krishna said

दैवी ह्येषा गुणमयी मम माया दुरत्यया।मामेव ये प्रपद्यन्ते मायामेतां तरन्ति ते ॥7.14॥

daivī hyeṣā guṇamayī mama māyā duratyayāmāmeva ye prapadyante māyāmetāṃ taranti te

Meaning

Krishna says this divine power of illusion (maya), woven of the three qualities, is very hard to cross. But those who take refuge in him alone pass beyond it.

हिंदी में अर्थ

कृष्ण कहते हैं कि तीन गुणों से बनी मेरी यह दैवी माया बहुत कठिनाई से पार होती है। पर जो केवल मेरी शरण में आते हैं, वे इस माया को पार कर जाते हैं।

Practise it today

When you feel stuck in a worry you cannot solve today, write it down, then consciously hand it over in a short prayer or intention before returning to your work.
