Bhagavad Gita, Chapter 8, Verse 2

Arjuna said

अधियज्ञः कथं कोऽत्र देहेऽस्मिन्मधुसूदन।प्रयाणकाले च कथं ज्ञेयोऽसि नियतात्मभिः ॥8.2॥

adhiyajñaḥ kathaṃ ko'tra dehe'sminmadhusūdanaprayāṇakāle ca kathaṃ jñeyo'si niyatātmabhiḥ

Meaning

Arjuna continues: Who is adhiyajna (the lord of sacrifice) here in this body, and how does he dwell in it? And at the time of death, how can those who have mastered themselves know you, Krishna?

अर्जुन आगे पूछते हैं: हे मधुसूदन, इस शरीर में अधियज्ञ (यज्ञ का स्वामी) कौन है और वह इसमें कैसे रहता है? और मृत्यु के समय संयमी लोग आपको कैसे जान पाते हैं?

Before eating one meal today, pause for a few seconds and ask: who or what inside me is receiving this? Eat that meal slowly and attentively.
