15.8॥śarīraṃ yadavāpnoti yaccāpyutkrāmatīśvaraḥgṛhītvaitāni saṃyāti vāyurgandhānivāśayāt
Meaning
When the soul, the master of the body, takes up a body and when it leaves one, it carries the senses and mind along, just as the wind carries scents away from flowers.
Practise it today
Pick one thought pattern you want to stop carrying, like a grudge. Each time it comes up today, set it down gently.
Reflect tonight
What thought did you try to stop carrying? How many times did you set it down?
